Jamuan Teh Malaysia (JAM)

• Modeled after Australia's Biggest Morning Tea.
• Jamuan Teh Malaysia (JAM) is an annual fundraising event jointly organised by National Cancer Society Malaysia (NSCM) and Breast Cancer Welfare Association Malaysia (BCWA).
• The inaugural JAM was held in August 2009.
• The Concept of JAM: For anyone to host a tea party and at the same time to raise funds for charity.
• JAM Period: For anyone to host JAM between 20th to 25th September 2011 at their chosen venues. Thus, we will have simultaneous tea parties around Malaysia.
• How to Participate::
  a. An individual/organisation registers to be a JAM Host
  b. Invites their friends, family or colleagues for tea.

What is the purpose of JAM?

To create awareness on early detection and prevention of cancer and to generate much needed funds for NCSM and BWCA who diligently serve our community.

Host a Jamuan Teh Sell JAM merchandise and/or collect donations at your event/party to raise funds for NCSM & BCWA's cause. Attend a Jamuan Teh Buy JAM merchandise and/or make a donation during the JAM to raise funds for NCSM & BCWA's cause.

E-Jamuan Teh (E-JAM) Hosted by Sabah Tea, the online version of JAM provides a platform for NCSM & BCWA to directly reach out to the public and inform them about the idea behind JAM. The online platform supports the offline JAM facilitation of registration and enquiries.
