Representatives from NCSM/BCWA will contact you only one (1) month before the date of the JAM to make arrangements on payment and collection of merchandise and other procedures.
A Host Kit will contain:
Sabah Tea supplies, balloons, posters, stickers, donation boxes, details of where to send donations; and promotional material from NCSM and BCWA.
* Certain merchandise will need to be collected personally from indicated venues |

On any dates between 20th and 25th September 2011, you can host your party/event by:
- Inviting guests
- Selling JAM merchandise
- Asking your guests to leave a donation

Step 4
 |
|
Get your donors to fill in donation forms during your JAM (donations more than RM 50 are entitled to tax-exempt receipt) |

Step 5
 |
|
Bank-in the donations collected from your JAM directly to NCSM/BCWA as per the accounts below or hand in personally by the deadline.
Please fax or email us the Bank-in Slip as proof of the transaction. Please also fax or email us the scanned copy of the Donation Form which is included in the Host Kit.
