Confirmation

A FULL PAYMENT is required to secure a booking. This payment should be received not later than 7 days before arrival date.

Check-In

Standard check-in time is after 12:00 noon; check-out time is before 11:00AM.

Cancellation

If a cancellation is made 2 days or less prior to the arrival date and in the event of NO SHOW, no refund will be made.

Payment

All amendments should be made at least 5 days before the arrival date.

Should there be more than the confirmed number of person checking in, charges will be made to the extra person(s). Additional person(s) will be accommodated on a space available basis.

Children Discount

Accommodation, meals, and activities are complimentary for children up to 5 years old;

there is a 50% discount off for children 6 to 12 years old who are accompanied by their parents or relatives

there is a 25% discount off for children 6 to 12 years old who are part of organized travel groups.
